AI Breakthrough provides access to artificial intelligence tools, custom GPTs, and chatbots on a free and low-cost basis. Users can access these services through standard login methods including Google, X (formerly Twitter), and GitHub credentials.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

Account Creation: You may create an account using third-party authentication services (Google, X, GitHub). By using social login features, you acknowledge that we will receive basic profile information from these platforms as permitted by their respective terms.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Chatbot Disclosures: When using chatbot features, you acknowledge that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a human. Each AI platform (open AI, X AI, Anthrophic, etc) has it's own terms of service you agree to abide by.

Safety Measures: Our chatbot services include safeguards to prevent generation of harmful content. If you encounter content promoting self-harm or harmful activities, please contact us immediately.

User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service.

you will not use internet bot(s) of any kind
10. Term and Termination

Term: These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and, if applicable, deleting your account.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

AI Limitations: We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

No Professional Advice: The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, financial, or other licensed advice. Consult appropriate professionals for such guidance.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI BREAKTHROUGH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
(a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
(b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
(c) Any content obtained from the Service; or
(d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Garfield County, Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
